All items are made to order. 

Processing time for orders is typically 3-4 business days, and all items are shipped USPS and arrive within 3-5 business days.

We do not accept returns; however we are happy to exchange, or replace any products! If you are completely dissatisfied with the product or have other concerns, please email us at aloha@beachrinse.com! Customer service requests are typically received and resolved within 2 weeks.
